The Clean Collective
The Clean Collective was founded by Allison — someone who spent years working in estate management and household staffing, sitting on the other side of the cleaning industry and watching it closely.
What she saw frustrated her. Companies calling themselves “non-toxic” while still using harsh chemical products. Technicians who weren’t properly vetted showing up unreliable and unprepared.
Clients told one thing on the phone and experiencing another in their homes. She built The Clean Collective to be the answer to all of it.
Not another cleaning company making vague eco-friendly claims — but a genuinely transparent, professionally run service that uses only natural, non-toxic products, hires and trains its people carefully, and actually does what it says it will do.

Step 2 — Your Deep Clean Foundation
Every new recurring client starts with a thorough deep clean. This sets the foundation — reaching the buildup, baseboards, fixtures, and detail work that everyday maintenance builds on. It’s not optional. It’s how we ensure the standard from day one.
Step 3 — Your Recurring Schedule
From there, your cleaning technicians return on your chosen schedule — weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly — using the same natural products, the same professional HEPA equipment, and the same careful systems every time.
Step 4 — Clear Communication, Every Visit
You’ll receive automated reminders and confirmations before every visit. We do our best to send the same trusted technicians to your home for consistency. And if anything ever falls short, we make it right — always.
